Where can I get a map of the island?
Our agent will give you a map of the island when you return the car. If you have any questions about the route, we will be happy to advise you on how to get to the sights of the island.
What documents are required to get a car?
Upon receipt of the car, you must provide:
— a valid passport or identity card;
— driver’s licence.
How can I find out what fuel the rented car runs on?
The fuel type of the car will be specified in the rental agreement. If you cannot find this information, our manager or employees of any gas station will help you. You can also contact our customer service and roadside assistance by calling +357 26101030 or emailing info@irent.com.cy. Greek gas stations have unleaded petrol 95 and 98. If you make a mistake with the choice of fuel and the car does not start, contact our customer service and roadside assistance immediately.
How do I modify my booking before rental has started?
Contact us directly by emailing info@irent.com.cy or calling 357 26101030. We will evaluate your request, check if the changes are possible and update your booking. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional cost may occur. Amendments can take up to 24 hours to be processed.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, log in to “My Bookings” and click “Cancel”. If you cancel a booking before the тo-refund period, your prepayment will be fully refunded.
