Fill out the form on the home page. Specify all the necessary parameters, select a suitable car and leave a request. As soon as you submit your request online, we will send a booking confirmation to your email address, then a manager will contact you.
You can rent multiple cars, but when you pick them up at our office, you must have a basic driver for each car. Each driver will sign a rental agreement for a specific car, subject to the basic requirements (a valid driver's licence with more than a year of experience, a credit card in their name etc). When booking online, you can only book one car at a time. Therefore, if you need several cars, you need to create a separate order for each car.
You receive cars with a fully filled tank, which is indicated in the contract. When returning the car, we will compare the fuel level with the one specified in the contract.

To rent a car, the driver must be over 21 years old and have a driving experience of more than 1 year. When booking a business class car, the minimum driver age can be increased to 25 years.
Yes, we guarantee the availability of the exact model that you indicated when booking.
No, a driver's licence from your country of residence will suffice. However, we recommend that in addition to your country's driving licence, you also have an international driving licence.
You will need a driver's licence that is valid in your country. If two or three people drive the rental car, you will need to provide a driver's licence for each of them.

To cancel your booking, log in to “My Bookings” and click “Cancel”. If you cancel a booking before the тo-refund period, your prepayment will be fully refunded.

If you make a mistake with the choice of fuel and the car does not start, contact our customer service and roadside assistance immediately.
Upon receipt of the car, you must provide:
— a valid passport or identity card;
— driver’s licence.
Our agent will give you a map of the island when you return the car. If you have any questions about the route, we will be happy to advise you on how to get to the sights of the island.
With the same one as you received the car. Upon delivery of the car, our agent will mark in the contract the fuel level at which the vehicle will be delivered. When you return the car, we will compare the fuel level with that specified in the contract.

If the vehicle has a manual transmission, make sure all doors are closed and depress the clutch pedal while turning the key. If your vehicle is equipped with an automatic transmission, place the shift lever in N and depress the brake pedal while turning the key. If after following the above steps you still cannot start your vehicle, please contact our customer service and roadside assistance immediately.
Only parties specified in the rental agreement as primary or secondary drivers. If you want to add a driver during the rental period, you need to contact us to include this person in your contract. The newly added driver will also be required to show their valid driver's licence. Remember that insurance will not work if there was an accident involving an unregistered driver.

You can only return the car during the hours specified in the contract. The car must be left at a predetermined place and at the appointed time. If you want to extend the rental agreement, you must contact us at least one day before the expiration of the rental period.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol. The legal blood alcohol level for driving is 0.00 ppm
If there are casualties in the accident, call an ambulance at 166 and the police at 100. You also need to let us know at +357 26101030. The call centre is open 24/7. Our agent will immediately go to the scene. We offer 24 hour support so you can contact us for any assistance.
In the event of an accident resulting in bodily injury, the local police must be notified immediately. Police officers go to the scene to inspect the scene and obtain evidence. The driver must complete and submit the appropriate form requested by local or state authorities. Be prepared to provide your contact phone number, vehicle registration number and the city where you are located.
